Mr. Atthapol Rerkpiboon, Chief Executive Officer and President, along with Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Chief Operating Officer, New Business and Infrastructure Group, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Mr. Montree Lawanchaikul Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) and Mr. Sirasak Jantharama, President of Energy Complex Company Limited (EnCo), joined the opening ceremony of EnCo Terminal (EnTer) of Energy Complex Company Limited (EnCo), ready to provide full services in the fourth quarter of 2023. Mr. Atthapol revealed that EnCo was established and has entered the real estate development business for the 19th year to manage the Energy Complex, which is an office building of PTT Group companies and the Ministry of Energy. In 2021, PTT Group saw an opportunity to expand its expertise in real estate management. EnCo therefore joined and won the bid for the Lak Si Training Center of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, which was renovated and renamed EnCo Terminal or EnTer. In the past 2-3 years, the way of life in the new era of work has completely changed. Therefore, the design of office space must be flexible, convenient, and ready with innovation and technology to support various needs, promote work efficiency and the well-being of employees. This is another step for EnCo to have the opportunity to expand its business to develop its full-service real estate management potential to respond to future work patterns and customer lifestyles comprehensively.
Mr. Sirasak said that EnTer was renovated under the concept of The Future Station, reflecting a modern office building that is more than just an office building, meeting the needs of people of all ages by using technology and innovation as part of the design, such as using innovative high-performance aluminum composite panels as exterior walls (Façade), which are lightweight, have passed fire-retardant tests, and help protect against heat from weather conditions, resulting in lower temperatures inside the building than outside, reducing electricity consumption for air conditioning systems. These aluminum composite panels can be recycled in the future and are environmentally friendly. In terms of architectural design, they are futuristic designs or designs that fit every era (Timeless Design).
The development of the EnTer project reflects an innovative building suitable for all groups of entrepreneurs who have the idea of using future innovations or technologies. To meet the needs of modern workers who work in various forms, EnTer has organized Co-working Space space in collaboration with world-class brand IWG, a provider of Flexible Workspace in over 3,500 locations worldwide and over 30 locations in Thailand. In addition to office space, EnTer also has space for rent for retail businesses to meet the new lifestyles that require a balance between life and work, as well as good health in all aspects. Currently, more than 30% of tenants have used the service, such as Innobic (Asia) Co., Ltd., Wisup Co., Ltd., PTT Digital Solution Co., Ltd., PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited. It is expected that by 2023, more than 50% of the area will be rented,” said Mr. Sirasak.
EnCo Terminal is located on an area of over 19 rai with a total rental area of approximately 16,600 square meters, consisting of 3-storey office building A and a rooftop garden of over 3,300 square meters and 8-storey office building B of approximately 13,300 square meters.
